Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that school schedules can change due to unforeseen circumstances and aim to be flexible wherever possible.

If a session needs to be cancelled, we kindly request that schools provide as much notice as possible.

​

Where a booking is rescheduled within the same school term, no cancellation fee will apply (subject to availability).

​

If a session is cancelled and not rescheduled within the same school term, a cancellation fee of 50% of the full booking fee will be charged to cover preparation, administration, and scheduling commitments.

 

We are committed to working collaboratively with schools to find suitable alternative dates wherever possible.
